What is AgentShopper.ai?

AgentShopper.ai is a smart shopping assistant that helps you organize products, track prices and availability, and prepare purchases using assistive agents. You stay in control—every purchase requires your approval.


How do shopping agents work?

Agents help monitor products and prepare shopping actions for you. Depending on how you configure them, agents can:

  • Track price changes
     
  • Monitor availability
     
  • Prepare checkout steps
     
  • Notify you when action is needed
     

Agents never complete purchases automatically. You always review and approve before buying.


What does “Alerts while the app is closed” mean?

With an Elite subscription, agents can monitor products in the background and send alerts even when the app is not open. These alerts notify you of price changes or availability—but never place orders on your behalf.


Does AgentShopper.ai make purchases for me?

No. AgentShopper.ai is assist-first by design.

  • We do not store payment information
     
  • We do not place orders automatically
     
  • All purchases are completed manually on the vendor’s website after your approval
     

How does UPC scanning and product lookup work?

You can add products using UPC codes, search, or manual entry.

  • When product data is available, AgentShopper.ai fills in the name and image
     
  • When data is not available, you’ll see a clear “Product not found” message
     
  • Products added manually are labeled as unverified
     

AgentShopper.ai never shows fake or simulated product data in production.


Which vendors are supported?

AgentShopper.ai works with multiple retailers and shopping services.

  • Supported vendors can be connected directly or used in assist-only mode
     
  • Some vendors may appear as “Coming Soon”
     
  • Purchases always occur on the vendor’s site
     

If a vendor isn’t supported yet, you can request it directly from within the app.


What are Lists and All Items?

Lists help you organize products by category or purpose.
All Items provides a unified view of everything you’re tracking across all lists, making it easy to manage, move, or review items at any time.


Can I move or manage multiple items at once?

Yes. AgentShopper.ai supports bulk actions, including moving multiple items between lists and organizing products efficiently.


What subscription options are available?

AgentShopper.ai offers three tiers:

  • Free – Try core features with basic limits
     
  • Pro – More agents, vendors, and cloud sync across devices
     
  • Elite – Unlimited access plus alerts while the app is closed
     

Subscriptions are optional and designed to scale with your needs.


How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the platform where you signed up:

  • Apple App Store
     
  • Google Play Store
     

You can view, update, or cancel your subscription from your device’s account settings.


Is my data secure?

Yes. We take security and reliability seriously.

  • AgentShopper.ai does not store payment credentials
     
  • Data is handled using modern security practices
     
  • You can delete your account and data at any time
