End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“you” or “user”) and AgentShopper (“AgentShopper,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the AgentShopper mobile application (the “App”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal devices solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to this Agreement.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
   
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
   
• Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
   
• Use the App for commercial purposes without our written permission
   
• Transfer or sublicense your rights to any other person
   
• Use automated systems to access, scrape, or interact with the App
   
• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s operation or security
   

The App, including all software, design, text, graphics, and content, is owned by AgentShopper and its licensors. This Agreement grants you a license to use the App but does not transfer ownership.

The App is distributed through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. You must also comply with their applicable terms of service.

Apple App Store

• Apple is not a party to this Agreement
   
• Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
   
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support
   
• Apple is not responsible for addressing third-party claims
   

• Google is not responsible for the App or its content
   
• Google has no maintenance or support obligations
   

We may update the App from time to time. Some updates may be required for continued use. We are not obligated to provide updates or maintain compatibility with older versions.

This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate this Agreement.

Upon termination:

• Your license to use the App ends immediately
   
• You must stop using the App
   
• We may disable your access
   
• Fees paid are non-refundable, except where required by law
   

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENTSHOPPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO AGENTSHOPPER FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AgentShopper from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of this Agreement.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

This Agreement, together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and AgentShopper regarding the App and supersedes any prior agreements.
