These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AgentShopper mobile application (the “App”), operated by AgentShopper (“AgentShopper,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

AgentShopper is a shopping assistant application designed to help users:

• Track and organize shopping items and lists
   
• Compare prices and availability across multiple vendors
   
• Manage recurring, scheduled, and monitored shopping activities using assistive AI agents
   
• Receive alerts related to tracked items, agents, and system activity
   

AgentShopper is an assist-first tool. It helps you plan and manage shopping, but it does not complete purchases on your behalf.

AgentShopper does not:

• Complete purchases automatically
   
• Store payment information
   
• Access or store your vendor account credentials
   
• Guarantee prices, availability, or delivery times
   
• Control or operate third-party vendor websites
   

All purchases are completed directly by you on third-party vendor platforms.

You are responsible for:

• Reviewing all purchase details before checkout
   
• Completing purchases directly with vendors
   
• Verifying product information, pricing, and availability
   
• Maintaining the security of your vendor accounts
   
• Ensuring that your use of the App complies with applicable laws
   

• You must be at least 13 years old to use AgentShopper
   
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
   
• One account is permitted per individual
   
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
   

AgentShopper offers Free, Pro, and Elite subscription tiers.

Provides basic functionality with limited features.

Pro and Elite Plans

• Billed monthly or annually through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
   
• Subscription management, billing, and cancellations are handled by your app store account
   
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by law
   
• Features and limits may change over time; significant changes will be communicated
   

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
   
• Attempt to access or interfere with other users’ data
   
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
   
• Abuse, exploit, or disrupt the service or infrastructure
   

• The App, including all software, design, text, graphics, and content, is owned by AgentShopper
   
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App
   
• You retain ownership of your data; you grant AgentShopper a limited license to process it solely to provide the service
   

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
   
• Accuracy of price comparisons
   
• Availability of products or vendors
   
• Compatibility with all devices or vendor systems
   

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentShopper shall not be liable for:

• Incorrect pricing or product information
   
• Failed, delayed, or cancelled purchases
   
• Issues with third-party vendor websites or services
   
• Data loss (users are encouraged to maintain backups)
   

Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to AgentShopper in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

• AgentShopper is not affiliated with vendors listed in the App
   
• Vendor prices, availability, and policies may change without notice
   
• All purchase disputes are solely between you and the vendor
   

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• You may delete your account at any time through the App
   
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms
   
• Upon termination, your account data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
